I am thankful that we didnt have any damage in last night's storm. (Queensland, Australia) We had 2 very bad storms yesterday, one in the morning and one last night.

This Thanksgiving I am thankful for my 1st graders. 3 weeks before the school year started I still did not have a job. I was working for a summer church camp and my staff team and I were praying everyday that I would be given the opportunity to have my own classroom this school year. I even had the campers pray for me. A week before the camp ended I got a call from my dream school. The principal offered me a 1st grade position and there was no hesitation in my answer. So, this Thanksgiving I am thankful for the 16 little lives I have been given. I am thankful to have my own classroom and every challenge and joy it has brought me! I am thankful for the power of prayer and my God who is always performing miracles and always has a plan!
