Student Info/Parent Contact

Since I had to use one of my new fonts immediately!

I decided to edit my student information card that I have parents fill out at the beginning of the year.

On the front is all the info that I need to have handy for easy reference.

On the back is where I input all my student contacts throughout the year. I look up the number and while talking to parent I record my notes on the back. It makes it so easy to keep track of contacts.

I print them on cardstock back to back because I really DO need a hard copy because I use them very often.

Click on the picture above to grab your own copy. ENJOY!

If you didn't grab my fonts yet, head on over to...

Love your contact page! We have to turn our parent contact information in on each student at the end of every quarter, so this is so perfect! Thank you so much! :)

This is brilliant...it never occured to me to put the recording part on the back side of the contact sheet. I've always kept each in a separate binder which is huge pain. I love having the names/grades/teachers of siblings in the same place too. That makes coordinating conferences or sending home homework so much easier. Thank you so much for sharing this!

It will probably brought around the positive piece of prospects which must be understood by the one and these will further guide students to think right here. assignment helper
